Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email, and other prospecting channels.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and performance KPIs, including call volume, meetings set, and qualified opportunities.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to identify potential eligibility for tax incentive programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Follow defined outreach cadences and sales processes to drive consistent pipeline generation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ year experience in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and strong attention to detail in pipeline management.
