As a Sales Representative for Bar None Auction, you will:
- Prospect & Build Relationships – Identify & engage businesses and individuals looking to sell equipment, trucks, and ag equipment.
- Close Deals – Secure consignment agreements through strategic negotiations.
- Grow Your Territory – Expand your client base and become the go-to expert for equipment sellers.
- Drive Revenue – Consistently deliver high-value consignments for our auctions.
- Be the Face of Bar None Auction – Represent our trusted brand and provide top-tier service.
- Proven Sales Track Record – You’re a hunter who thrives on cold calling, networking, and closing deals.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience in construction equipment, trucking, or auto sales is a huge plus.
- Self-Motivated & Competitive – You’re driven, persistent, and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent Communicator – You can build trust, negotiate, and deliver results.
- CRM & Sales Savvy – Experience with lead tracking, prospecting tools, and effective sales strategies.
- Valid Driver’s License – You’ll be in the field meeting clients and closing deals.
