Membership Sales Manager - Nationwide
Location:
Various Markets Throughout the United States (Hybrid – Approximately 90% Field-Based)
On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 – $180,000
Two fixed base salary options are available, $35,000 or $45,000 (non‑negotiable).
Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission.

Air Med Care Network (AMCN) is a global medical response company providing emergency and patient relocation services across the U.S., offering membership programs such as emergent air, Fly‑U‑Home, and ground ambulance services.
Responsibilities- Drive Local Impact:
Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, engaging with local businesses (approximately 70% B2B) and individual consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs throughout assigned territory. - Develop Relationships:
Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through community events, local partnerships, cold calling and referrals. - Sales Process Management:
Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment, using a consultative, educational approach that addresses the unique needs of residents, families, and business partners in the territory. - Champion with
Purpose:
Act as a local brand ambassador by participating in health fairs, community meetings, local business events, and outreach opportunities, strengthening trust and awareness within the community.
- Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. - Sales Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting, preferred. - Industry Knowledge:
Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred. - Community Orientation:
Demonstrated ability to build long term relationships and successfully engage with community-based audiences.
