About the RoleOur BMW dealership in Westlake is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant/Client Portfolio Sales Consultant. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. You will coordinate internet‑originated inquiries from prospective clients to achieve sales goals and objectives set by senior management, implement best practices and the Rusnak Standard to deliver superior client satisfaction, and manage client portfolios by providing exclusive sales representation to current and former clients and their referrals for new and pre‑owned vehicles, products and services.

- Successfully Manages Internet Sales and Profit Objectives
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales goals (financial/budgets and volumes) to achieve company and franchise sales objectives.
- Work with Sales Consultants, General Sales Manager (GSM), and/or General Manager (GM) to develop action plans that correct performance and exceed sales goals.
- Analyze market and franchise data to develop growth plans and identify opportunities.
- Ensure revenue targets are met and implement effective cost‑control strategies.
- Monitor sales and profitability weekly and monthly to meet strategic goals.
- Effectively and Efficiently Manages E‑Business Processes and Procedures
- Follow established processes to market Rusnak Auto Group offerings and lead services.
- Maintain accuracy of inventory data.
- Protect PPI in compliance with government requirements.
- Report e‑business activity promptly to the general manager and general sales manager.
- Effectively and Efficiently Implements Strategic Planning
- Participate in the company strategic planning process.
- Implement the corporate planning process.
- Work with GSM to develop the corporate plan and evaluate performance.
- Analyze market conditions and ensure the right candidate for the right position.
- Ensures Consistent Adherence to Corporate CRM Requirements
- Work with GSM to select suitable personnel.
- Adhere to corporate CRM tool requirements, including accurate email accountability.
- Increase conversions from leads to appointments.
- Consistently Meets or Exceeds Sales Objectives and Effectively Manages Portfolio
- Build and develop a sales portfolio that fosters client loyalty to the Rusnak brand.
- Exceed goals for client transportation needs and provide exceptional service to achieve high CSI scores.
- Implement strategies that strengthen client relationships and maintain consistent engagement.
- Support structure and processes for sales management to meet and exceed goals.
- Assist clients with vehicle selection, test drives, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and dealership procedures.
- Collaborate with the F&I Manager, finance, and service teams to finalize deals and deliver vehicles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a similar position in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (bi‑lingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or other language is an asset).
- Current California driver license with a satisfactory DMV driving record.
- Current California sales license.
