Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in California. The role offers an hourly pay range of $18 to $19 with incentive pay based on performance. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive collections and lease renewals, guiding customers toward ownership.
You will support the Sales Team, maintain account information, and help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals while representing the Aaron’s brand with professionalism.
