Sales Consultant Opportunity

Our client is a legacy luxury home remodeling/construction company in Westlake Village seeking to hire an experienced sales consultant to generate leads serving as a trusted advisor guiding homeowners from consultation through design development, product selection, estimation, contract execution, and project completion. Our client is a third-generation legacy business with over 8,000 successful construction/remodel projects in the So Cal market. The Sales Consultant has the ability to work remotely or out of the company's beautiful 5,000 sq.

ft. showroom in Westlake Village, California. The pay is a $30-$35/hour draw on commission with uncapped commission, performance bonuses, benefits, and the potential of earning $150k-$200k in the first year with experienced team members currently earning $200k-$300k annually.

Requirements:

• Proven outside sales success with a documented history of exceeding goals.
• Experience selling luxury residential projects, remodeling, construction, kitchens, cabinetry, interior design, real estate, or related industries.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and project management abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating business outside the showroom.
• Professional appearance and confidence working with discerning homeowners.
• Experience reading plans and understanding residential construction is preferred.

Selling Points:

• 5000 sq. Ft. showroom with the layouts and designs for high-end homes.
• Sales Consultant can go after powder room remodels all the way to custom homes... great referral base (and clients).
• Construction arm. The company has an outstanding team of professionals working closely together with the design teams on one side and construction on the other increasing referrals and sales.
