Lead Customer Representative

• Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 4AM Start
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO
• Route: Ridgecrest, Bishopand surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $33 plus monthly incentives

• Primary contact for customers within an assigned area who sells, writes orders, provides merchandising services and grows business accounts
• Improve internal metrics scorecards and customer on-shelf availability
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ordering products for customers and promoting the company’s product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability properly stocked according tocompany standards
• May be assigned to several types of channels, i.e., Large Store, Small Store and Drug/Convenience within an assigned area
• Assist the Territory Manager with adjusting CGR team assignments, covering open CGR routes and training and developing team members
• Sell and execute promotions,secure placement of displays, equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow share of visual inventory in each account
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

• Bachelor’s Degree
