Global Sales Director - Travel

Our client is seeking an accomplished enterprise sales leader to drive new business and strategic account growth across large national and global organizations. This executive-level role will lead the sales function, shape market strategy, develop key relationships, and close significant enterprise agreements.

The position is remote with approximately 25% travel.

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
• 4+ years within corporate travel services or a closely related sector
• Success winning and growing Fortune 1000 accounts
• Experience closing $1M+ enterprise opportunities
• Knowledge of corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech
• Strong C-suite relationship and negotiation skills
• Experience leading and developing sales professionals
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• Set and execute the enterprise growth strategy
• Build a strong pipeline of large strategic accounts
• Lead major opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution
• Develop senior-level relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Lead complex commercial negotiations
• Partner across marketing, product, and client-facing teams
• Provide leadership with pipeline and revenue forecasts
• Represent the organization with key clients and at relevant industry events

Preferred: Existing corporate travel relationships, enterprise SaaS experience, or experience developing strategic partnerships and sales channels.
