Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Associate Scientist - Onsite for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

This role within the Attribute Sciences Process Development Group involves performing analytical testing of process-related impurities to support the development of large molecules. The successful candidate will provide essential data to purification scientists, develop methods, and transfer them to various analytical laboratories, including Quality Control, for the release testing of clinical and commercial materials.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing routine samples by ELISA
Conducting data interpretation and reporting
Documenting results and performing peer review of electronic notebooks

Requirements:

Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work/industry experience OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
Experience with ELISA assays
Strong communication skills
Must be a team player

Pay range: up to $28.85 per hour
