Position Title:Unarmed Security Guard (Flex)
Job Type:Part-Time, up to 24hrs/week

• $19–$20/hr — biweekly pay, consistent deposits
• Pick your own shifts — Day, Swing, or Overnight
• Up to 24hrs/week — works around your schedule, not the other way around
• Variety — work at different client sites, no routine burnout
• Uniforms provided (shirt, pants, windbreaker, company hat)

• Position:Unarmed Security Guard (Flex)
• Schedule:Part-Time, up to 24hrs/week
• Shift Options:Day / Swing / Overnight — you choose
• Coverage Area:Vernon,CAand surrounding sites
• Start:Immediate openings

• Maintain a visible security presence at assigned client sites
• Monitor for unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, and safety concerns
• Control access and log visitors at entry points
• Secure designated areas and report issues to management immediately
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and on time
• Follow all post orders, client instructions, and site-specific procedures
• Cover emergencycall-outswhen available

• California Guard Card (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Minimum 4 shifts per month
• Computer literate — comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred
• Prior security experience — preferred, not required
