• Monitor flow of people and crowd control at various areas using safety best practices.
• Handle escalated guest issues with de-escalation techniques and effective solutions.
• Provide excellent guest service to patrons, vendors, concessionaires, employees, and sponsors.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain information and resolve issues; ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Work with law enforcement, first aid, dispatch, and other Public Safety team members to share pertinent information and maintain a safe venue.
• Supervise a team of Patrol Guards.

• Work at client sites indoors or outdoors.
• Prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities.
• Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and overtime as directed.
• Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
