- - Responsibilities:
Maintain up to date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all guests;
Maintain the safety and operation of trails through preventative procedures such as avalanche mitigation, tree and limb removal, and end of day sweeps of the mountain to ensure all guests have exited;
Establish, coordinate, and execute emergency and hazard response plans such as evacuations and search and rescue protocols;
Assist and provide care to injured guests and workers including transport via toboggan or air lift support when necessary;
Facilitate training, mentorship, and support of patrol members
