Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, streets, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity within the community, assist with access control procedures, and report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations;
Support a welcoming residential environment by answering questions, providing directions, and helping residents and/or visitors with routine security-related concerns
