Job Summary All Nation Security Services is seeking professional, reliable, and highly motivated Armed Security Officers to provide security services at a cement manufacturing facility. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by protecting personnel, property, equipment, and assets while enforcing site policies and procedures.

This position requires officers who are alert, dependable, and capable of maintaining a strong security presence in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities Control access to the facility by verifying employees, visitors, and contractors.

Conduct vehicle inspections as required.

Perform routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.

Monitor gates, entrances, and restricted areas.

Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security violations.

Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.

Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.

Communicate effectively with site management, emergency responders, and dispatch.

Enforce company and client policies while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications Valid State Armed Security Guard License.

Valid firearm permit and required certifications.

High school diploma or GED.Reliable transportation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Previous military, law enforcement, or armed security experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Strong observation and decision-making skills.

Professional appearance and customer service attitude.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
