Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety on the job site while collaborating effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various roofing tasks.
Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment on-site.
Conduct inspections of roofs to assess conditions and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in estimating project costs and timelines based on construction plans.
Skills
Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading.
Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and various roofing materials.
Strong background in carpentry, framing (including metal stud framing), masonry, concrete forming, restoration, remodeling, caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and welding.
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
