Maintenance Technician

Location: Tuolumne

SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing furniture, equipment, fixtures, walls, minor construction, and general maintenance of Resort property and other associated properties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

(Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

* Maintains and repairs furniture, plumbing equipment, fixtures, walls, etc.

* Performs minor construction, painting and installation of electrical circuitry.

* Performs remodeling jobs such as: sheet rock installation, custom cabinet work, table games repair and minor equipment repairs as required.

* Basic understanding of liquid propane kitchen equipment preferred.

* Basic understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration preferred.

* Sheet rock finishing and wall paper repair preferred.

* Comprehension of blueprints and schematics preferred.

* Performs maintenance on drainage pipes up to, and including, the clearing of clogs.

* Provides professional, courteous and cordial service to all Team Members and Guests.

* Safely operates various power and hand tools.

* Performs duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
