Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Window Installer to join our team. The Window Installer is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, replacement, and repair of residential and commercial windows. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or remodeling, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair windows in residential and commercial properties.
• Measure window openings to ensure accurate fitting and installation.
• Remove existing windows and prepare openings for new installations.
• Apply sealants, insulation, and weatherproofing materials to ensure proper performance.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and installation specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other installation equipment safely.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Perform minor carpentry and finishing work as needed.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Previous experience in window installation, construction, carpentry, or remodeling.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction safety practices.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing.
• Travel to customer locations and job sites as required.

Additional Information

Pay range: $16.90-$85.00
