Details for the General Laborer | Demolition position:
- $25-30 / Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Work in Varying Weather Conditions
- Set up exclusion zones, barricades, and temporary structures such as scaffolding
- Perform demolition of walls, ceilings, and flooring using hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and manage debris, scrap materials, and equipment
- Assist and signal heavy equipment operators to guide machinery safely
- Clean, sweep, and organize job sites to maintain a hazard-free environment
- Follow OSHA regulations and consistently use proper PPE
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating demolition tools, pneumatic equipment, and power tools
- Strong safety awareness with knowledge of hazard identification and demolition regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to stand, be on feet and move for the duration of the shift
