Location

Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Maintenance Mechanic (Maintenance Technician I).

• Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Days off:
  Monday & Tuesday

$20 – $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Provide prompt responses to residents’ maintenance work orders.
• Enhance General Services’ visibility and reputation for problem solving.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas (electrical, plumbing, lighting, appliances).
• Maintain HVAC equipment, including preventive maintenance and emergency service.

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or construction settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances, and HVAC.
• Experience in a home health environment preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of Level 2 background screening required by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
• Compliance with applicable state regulations.
