You will support apartment maintenance operations by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while delivering professional, reliable service. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who works safely, efficiently, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance
• Follow EPA regulations and safety standards
• Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs

• EPA Certification required
• Prior apartment or residential HVAC experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to work independently during scheduled hours

• Location: Del Valle, TX 78617
• Pay Rate: $24/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Type: Contract
• Start Date: IMMEDIATE
