Job SummaryNimble Construction LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for part‑time, project‑based work. This position handles heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will perform installations, routine maintenance, and complex emergency repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems and components.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems quickly and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturers' manuals.
- Handle, recover, and store refrigerants according to environmental and safety regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional HVAC experience is strictly required.
- Tools: Must own a comprehensive set of professional HVAC diagnostic and repair tools.
- Transportation: Must possess a reliable vehicle to transport tools to various job sites.
- Certifications: Valid EPA Section 608 Certification is required.

Realizará instalaciones, mantenimiento de rutina y reparaciones complejas de emergencia.
Responsabilidades Principales- Instalar, reparar y mantener sistemas y componentes de HVAC residenciales y comerciales.
- Diagnosticar fallas eléctricas y mecánicas en sistemas de HVAC de manera rápida y precisa.
- Leer e interpretar planos, especificaciones de diseño y manuales de fabricantes.
- Manipular, recuperar y almacenar refrigerantes de acuerdo con las normas ambientales y de seguridad.
- Experiencia: Se requiere estrictamente un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia profesional en HVAC.
- Herramientas: Debe poseer un juego completo de herramientas profesionales de diagnóstico y reparación de HVAC.
- Transporte: Debe tener un vehículo confiable para transportar herramientas a diferentes sitios de trabajo.
- Certificaciones: Se requiere una certificación EPA Sección 608 válida.
