Location: Avila Beach
Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of house areas and repair, touch up or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall covering, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous repairs;
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical tasks;
Use basic hand and power tools safely and perform tasks requiring reaching and lifting up to 80 pounds;
Maintain detailed logs and inspection sheets
