Diesel Truck Mechanic
A family-owned company with a 50-year legacy of business is seeking a Diesel Truck Mechanic to join their team.
Diesel Truck MechanicDuties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing vehicle faults manually or with the aid of software and digital tools
- Preparing cost and time estimates for work done
- Repairing and replacing faulty vehicle parts
- Occasionally performing a repair on the roadside
- Performing test drives to check repairs
- Carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance
- 3+ years' experience as a Diesel Truck Mechanic
- Diagnostic and repair skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
- Health, Vision and Dental insurance
- Profit sharing
- 7 paid holidays (New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
- 40 hours of vacation accrued each year
