We are seeking an experienced Shop and Field Mechanic to join our growing team at a well-established asphalt paving equipment dealership in Southern California. We prefer candidates with direct experience in the asphalt paving industry who are ready to work on a wide variety of heavy equipment in both shop and field environments. If you know this equipment and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

• Hands-on experience with asphalt pavers, milling machines, and rollers
• Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
• Understanding of 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Welding and steel cutting experience required
• Must supply a full set of mechanic tools
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work independently in both shop and field settings

• Full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule
