Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour – Weekly Pay!

Shift: 7am-3:30pm, overtime likely during the week and on weekends as needed

What's a typical day as Agriculture Maintenance Associate? You'll be:

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on climate control systems, greenhouse structures, and equipment.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support the creation and growth of new plant varieties.
• Using power tools and field equipment safely for maintenance tasks within greenhouses.
• Assisting with monitoring growing conditions such as fertigation, lighting, pest management, and other crop environmental factors.
• Troubleshooting and installing irrigation systems, including replacing pipes and fixing solenoids.
• Carrying out operational tasks in greenhouses and hardening houses to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Utilizing modern computer systems for climate, irrigation, and operational tasks.
• Completing occasional essential duties outside normal working hours, such as pest control, irrigation, and facility monitoring.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of greenhouse maintenance experience or at least 2 years in agriculture maintenance or equipment troubleshooting.
• Possess good communication skills and a willingness to learn new greenhouse management systems.
• Hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable working outside regular hours, including weekends.
• Preferably have experience with pesticide application and are able to obtain a pesticide private applicator license (including use of a respirator).
• Have experience in general agricultural maintenance (greenhouse-specific maintenance highly valued).
• Are comfortable working with computer-based systems for climate and irrigation control.
