Where You’ll Make an Impact- Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and light follow up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks in a field environment.
- Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
- Put your expertise to work using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to get the job done right.
- Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating industry-standard repair times.
- Jump in wherever needed – we're a team that supports each other.
- At least1-2yearsof hands-on diesel tech experience working on Class 6-8 trucks.
- DOT inspection and preventative maintenanceexpertisethat keeps fleets rolling safely.
- Strong communication skills– you know how to connect and communicate with customers and drivers alike.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, navigationsystemsand digital toolsto stay organized and document repairs.
- Ready for the outdoors– rain or shine at customer yards.
- Independent, dependable, and self-motivated– you take pride in getting the job done right.
- A positive attitude and safety-first mindset.
- Must beat least 20 years old, with a clean driving recordand avalid driver’s license.
- Work in dynamic, high-traffic areas – safety and precision are key.
- Expect exposure to dust, diesel fumes, and noise typical of a shop or yard environment.
