PLUMBER / HVAC TECHNICIAN WANTED

Castroville Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable Plumber / HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC systems

• Install and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, furnaces, wall heaters, and related equipment

• Perform drain cleaning, water-line, sewer-line, and gas-line work

• Troubleshoot heating and cooling problems

• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers

• Complete accurate job notes and documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area

• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous plumbing or HVAC service experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Comfortable using a mobile phone or tablet for job documentation

• Committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service

• EPA certification is preferred for technicians performing refrigerant work
