the Clinician's Workday

The clinician will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services, working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, divided between a Juvenile Hall program serving incarcerated youth ages 13-18 and a Transitional-Age Youth (TAY) program serving patients ages 16-25. Onsite presence is required for the TAY program, while telehealth coverage is permitted for the Juvenile Hall program, allowing a hybrid schedule. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations (60 minutes), medication checks (30 minutes), and managing cases involving psychosis, severe depression, early-onset bipolar disorder, severe OCD, and related conditions.

Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is required for this position.
