Job Description

You will support efforts to prevent child abuse, domestic abuse, and PSB-CY (Problematic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth), including public awareness and information and education.

You will develop and facilitate briefings and classes, on child abuse, domestic abuse, and PSB-CY to promote healthy family interactions and reduce incidences of abuse in accordance with direction from higher headquarters.

You will plan and implement activities and events in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Child Abuse Prevention Month, and other campaign awareness months.

You will provide crisis intervention for intimate partners impacted by domestic abuse, child abuse, including non-abusing caregivers and PSB-CY.

You will conduct danger assessments, safety planning and connection with appropriate resources and discern client eligibility and provide appropriate services according to policy.
