Location: Fort Irwin
Duties
Serves as director for installation/community Outreach Services Program, providing assistance to active duty military personnel, DOD civilians, and their family members.
Implements and monitors DA policies related to Outreach Services, e.g., fees, patron eligibility, baseline programming, space allocations/goals, etc.
May be required to recruit and hire qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
Develops program budget and provides to CYS Coordinator for CYS budget.
As Subject Matter Expert on installation child and youth Outreach Services issues prepares reports, surveys, and briefings for command and installation on matters pertaining to CYS.
