Join the Municipality of Stains
The Municipality of Stains is a dynamic community recognized for its commitment to sustainable and social development. We are currently looking for a Residence Autonomy Guardian (H/F) to join our team dedicated to supporting elderly residents. As a guardian, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents, while ensuring harmonious relations with tenants and staff.
You will be responsible for monitoring facilities, managing minor incidents, and providing logistical support. If you are motivated by public service and possess a keen sense of responsibility and communication, we invite you to apply to join our committed team.
- Ensure night shifts (8pm to 8am), weekend, and public holiday duties
- Welcome, guide, and monitor residents, families, and the public
- Intervene and inform your superiors of all incidents
- Participate in activities (preparation, animation, accompaniment)
- Enforce the house rules, safety guidelines, and established planning
- Ensure controlled opening of the main entrance (8am to 8pm), monitor access to the residence, and record the flow of visitors
- Quickly respond to emergencies, alerting the appropriate services
- Maintain the security log and the main log
- Clean the surfaces of the residence and facilities (both interior and exterior common areas), maintain, and take out the containers
- Provide initial maintenance of the building and liaise with technical services for second-level maintenance
- Monitor and update the complaint book and report any damage

- 37 hours per week
- 25 annual leave days
