Life Coach, Tailored Day Services

Join Hope Services as a Life Coach within our Tailored Day Services program, and become a pivotal part of a team dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients in their personal and professional growth, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for creating customized plans that address the unique needs of each individual, drawing on your expertise in coaching and development to foster independence, skill acquisition, and enhanced quality of life.

• Assess client needs and develop customized coaching plans.
• Regularly monitor and review the progress of clients, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills development.
• Collaborate with therapists, healthcare providers, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and assist in the navigation of social services.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and services provided.

• Strong interpersonal communication

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in case management software
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Certified Life Coach (CLC) credential is highly desirable.
