• Only individuals invited to apply by a school or department for a specific function, such as ticket taker or gate worker, may complete this application – this is not a general posting.
• One‑year only position for the 2026‑27 school year.
• Schedule and pay depend on the function assigned by the school.
• Must be 18 years of age for consideration.

• Complete the Paraprofessional Coach and/or Club Sponsor online application.
• After completing the online application, you will receive an e‑mail from the application system requesting you to complete hiring paperwork.
• Complete the Federal/State Background Check with IndentGO.
• Complete the Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) background check through the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
• After you complete the online application and the hiring paperwork, you will receive an invitation to a pre‑employment appointment – appointments are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (no walk‑in appointments will be granted).
• Required documents for the pre‑employment appointment/new‑hire paperwork meeting:
  • Voided check for direct deposit (if not able to upload when completing the direct deposit authorization form).
  • Official college transcript demonstrating a minimum of 64 college credit hours earned at a 2.5 GPA or higher. (The KHSAA By‑law 25 waiver may be obtained from the Athletic Director of your school if you do not have 64 college credit hours.)
  • Social Security Card.
  • Picture identification (Driver's License, Passport, etc.).
  • Physical form.
• The position may start only when Human Resources has received all required forms and the background check & CAN report results.
