• Current licensure as a School Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

• Offer individual and group counseling to students on social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Support crisis interventions and facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to promote student success
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district policies
• Lead or contribute to workshops and trainings that support mental health awareness
