QA Cloud Application Development Engineer

Job Details

• Develops applications that work in and on industry or hybrid cloud environments using capabilities and frameworks from internal and external cloud providers.
• Develops and coordinates cloud architecture over various areas, including application development, identity and access management, network and data management, and security.
• Defines the initial Dev Sec Ops  solution and links it to the cloud platform.
• Utilizes Dev Ops processes, automation, culture, and target platforms.
• Leverages expertise in cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, building and designing web services in the cloud, orchestrating and automating cloud based platforms, as well as frontend development of the user interface that typically run over various form factors including mobile and PC.
• Utilizes HTML, JavaScript libraries, responsive, and/or AWS frameworks.

• Good understanding of cloud based software application and database development.
• Good understanding of Software Validation, Testing, QA process.
• Good understanding of establishing a solid software test plan, test cases, risk analysis, test progress, results with manual or full automation and clear documentation.
• Have a validator mindset to focus in bug hunting by creating effective test cases, work with software developer to root‑cause failures, and drive for resolution in a timely manner.
• Good understanding of various software testing levels such as component, integration, system, and user acceptance.
• Good understanding of various software testing methodologies such as unit test, functionality testing, UI testing, load testing, chaos testing, etc.
• Familiar with unified software development process and SCRUM approach to software development.
• Familiar with writing OOP code in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, C++, ASP.NET.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Linux scripting, etc.
• Familiar with database queries such as SQL, stored procedures, etc.
• Familiar with database technology, cloud technology, Azure Dev Ops, Scala, Databricks, Big Data, data engineering, Angular are a plus.
• Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) technology such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, etc.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating system internals.
• Familiar with AI methodology that drives efficiency in software development and testing automation.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
