Our client, a prestigious global professional services organization, is building a new AI-focused development capability to support the growing adoption of AI-generated applications and business solutions across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Developer who enjoys working at the intersection of software engineering, AI-assisted development, and business transformation. You'll partner directly with highly accomplished business stakeholders to evaluate, enhance, and scale applications generated through AI-powered tools, ensuring they meet enterprise standards for security, maintainability, and performance.
Responsibilities- Refactor and product ionize AI-generated and citizen-developed applications
- Design, build, and support custom business applications and workflow solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
- Improve application security, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
- Contribute to development governance, standards, and tooling initiatives
- Support modern development environments and deployment processes
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience building enterprise applications, internal tools, or business systems
- Strong experience with technologies such as React, Type Script, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar
- Experience with code reviews and software development lifecycle best practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, financial services, legal services, or other professional services environments is highly preferred
- Help shape how AI-generated applications are governed and scaled within a global organization
- Work alongside highly intelligent, high-performing stakeholders
