Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in enterprise AI development. strategy and operational transformation. Responsibilities :
Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems. Ability to develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.) Develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.) Implement AI tools Develop and build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design. Integrate external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
Qualifications:
Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems. Minimum of 5 years' experience Ability to be independent to build applications. Strong Python development skills with backend and/or full-stack application experience. Azure experience required, including Azure-native services and enterprise integrations. Experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design. Hands-on RAG experience required, including retrieval patterns, vector search, knowledge grounding, and evaluation.
Experience integrating external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Familiarity with modern AI application frameworks and tooling (e.g. MCP/tool integrations, multi agent architectures). Strong database and SQL experience, with the ability to design scalable data models and services. Proven systems thinker who can take ambiguous business problems from concept through production deployment. Cloud AI fundamentals (Azure) Certification; nice to have Digital Transformation Leadership Certification;
nice to have Familiar with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI productivity platforms. Ability to develop enterprise applications (Azure, Container Services, web Hosting, API calls, etc.) Qualified Candidates Only :
