The Athlete Performance Lead Coach serves as the Product Owner of our Athlete Performance program
. This role is responsible for program design, coaching execution, and the overall athlete experience. This is a leadership role focused on outcomes, not session volume.

• Design and lead seasonal athlete performance programming
• Align training with sport demands and competition phases
• Deliver high-level group training sessions
• Track performance metrics and refine programming
• Set and maintain coaching standards
• Create a disciplined, motivating training environment

• 3+ years in sports performance or strength & conditioning
• Proven programming experience
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• CSCS or equivalent preferred

• $85,000 – $110,000 base salary
