CDL Class B Driver; Templeton, MA , Night

CDL Class B Driver (Templeton, MA) with a signing bonus of $4,500
. Home every night, Monday - Friday. Role at Orica USA Commercial team via Tie Talent.

• This is a blended role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products.
• Product loading, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the truck in all weather conditions.
• Operate bulk trucks (Mobile Mixing Units) and assist in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries; maintain equipment.
• Follow safety and environmental practices; ensure operations are safe and environmentally responsible at all times.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure correct handling of raw materials and dangerous goods; minimize waste and environmental impact.
• Report unusual incidents and accidents immediately; participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.

• Monday through Friday
• Local driving (1-3 hours)
• Early morning starts, approx. 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM
• 10-12 hours per day, approximately
• Overtime may be required

• At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials is preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations required
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
• Good attention to detail and math skills to handle inventory daily
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to maximize efficiency

• Class B CDL is required;
  Class A is a plus
• Tanker endorsement preferred
• Hazmat endorsement preferred; company will support obtaining endorsements
• At least one year of driving experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Hourly Pay Range: $27-$30
• Signing Bonus: $4,500
