Independent Delivery Driver​/Route

Position: Independent Meal Delivery Driver - Mondays Only - ($120-$140/Route)

Independent Contractor Opportunity – Meal Delivery Route
   
   This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You will perform delivery services on your own schedule using your own vehicle. This is not employment.
   
   What the Work Involves
   
   You will pick up pre-packaged meals in insulated totes with ice packs and deliver them to residential customers. You must also collect glass jar returns from customers during deliveries and return them to the warehouse either same day or next day.

Approximately 25 drops per route
   Time to Complete: 4 to 6 hours depending on your pace and route efficiency
   
   Compensation
   
   You are paid per completed delivery at $5.50 per drop. Based on approximately 25 stops, expect $120 to $140 per route before deductions.
   
   A $10 insurance deduction applies to each payment. This is fixed and non-negotiable.
   
   Payment is issued daily after route completion.
   
   What You Must Do
   
   Before pickup:
Verify all bags and contents at the warehouse to avoid issues during delivery. Do not cancel same day.
   
   During delivery:
Follow customer instructions, place orders securely, take photo proof of each delivery, scan QR codes as required, and collect any glass jars customers are returning.
   
   Jar documentation:
You must document jar count for every stop in your delivery notes (example: "JARS: 6" or "JARS: 0"). This is mandatory.
   
   Warehouse return:
Return all collected jars and bags to the warehouse the same day or next day. Do not hold items for a full week.
   
   Requirements
   
   You must have an SUV to transport insulated totes.
   
   You must be available Monday mornings for pickup and able to complete deliveries within the required window.
   
   You decide whether to accept this route each week. This is recurring contract work for independent contractors who want predictable Monday routes with repeat customers.
