Job Description

Earn $21.00-$23.00/hr (includes $1 shift differential + up to $2 freezer/cooler differential) plus incentive pay. Day 1 benefits, full‑time, eligible for annual safety bonus & merit increases.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday. Sunday start: 12:00pm. Monday-Thursday start: 3:00pm. Shift ends when daily work is completed; end times may vary based on volume.

• Select cases and other containers of food and non‑food products to fill customer orders from multi‑level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place items on pallets and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or forklift, wrap, label, and prepare for shipment while observing safety regulations and quality standards.
• Work as a team member within the department and organization; perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, ensure the work area is safe, and report unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift, ensure safety devices function, and put on required PPE and safety gear.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Operate pallet jack along assigned multi‑level racks, locate products according to order sheets, and manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed palletized orders to the shipping dock staging area; may need to shrink‑wrap pallets for staging.
• Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re‑charger, complete vehicle inspection checklist, secure all equipment, and complete all paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60 to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments: cooler, freezer, and dry.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a motorized pallet jack.
• Food service distribution or related industry experience.
• Motorized pallet jack certified.
