Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a background check and have open availability.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person; ability to train and lead.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area, navigating adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas with sudden changes. Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Talking and hearing on the telephone;

near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Standing most tasks; walking mostly short distances; lifting and carrying up to 50‑pound cases and other items; driving within a designated area; pushing and pulling trays; climbing stairs; bending and stooping at the pizza assembly station; crouching/squatting occasional; reaching above 72” sometimes; eye‑hand coordination continuous.
