You will step into a highly versatile dual role within our Field Operations division, executing vital heavy construction and public works initiatives. This position offers a rare balance of over-the-road transport and hands‑on equipment operation on high‑stakes government infrastructure projects. Your multifaceted skills will directly drive site productivity within a team culture that deeply values individual contributions.

• Mobilize heavy machinery and construction supplies to active jobsites during very early morning hours.
• Load commercial trucks safely with dirt, aggregate materials, and heavy equipment.
• Operate a diverse fleet of construction equipment and tractors to support multi‑trade field crews.
• Perform material pickups from regional suppliers and vendors to maintain strict daily timelines.
• Transition seamlessly between driving commercial transport vehicles and operating on‑site machinery.
• Execute pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to uphold zero‑accident safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with site superintendents and foremen to streamline daily project logistics.

• 10 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator or commercial truck driver.
• Possession of a valid Class A CDL with a completely clean driving history and zero accidents.
• Absolute comfort and willingness to perform both heavy equipment operation and commercial driving duties.
• Strong background handling site logistics, material transport, and early morning machinery mobilization.

• Extensive experience operating earthmoving equipment on public school or federal jobsites.
• Demonstrated history transporting heavy construction equipment via low‑boy trailers.
• Proven ability to safely navigate active civil construction, utility, and sitework environments.
