About Transport Route Service

Our company, specializing in road transport of joinery (doors, windows, gates), is looking for an experienced transport operator to join a dynamic and professional team where there is a sense of camaraderie and team spirit. Position located in Forges les Bains, start date planned for September 2026.

As a transport operator, your main duties will be:

• Planning and optimizing the drivers' routes taking into account regulatory and operational constraints,

• Monitoring the smooth running of the transports, from the departure of the vehicles to the final delivery,

• Communication and management of drivers to manage unforeseen events and provide appropriate solutions,

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Working conditions and benefits:

• Work from Monday to Friday, office hours,

• No work on weekends, no on-call duty,

• Gross salary between 2100€ and 2300€, for 169 hours per month,

We are looking for a transport operator:

• Holder of a diploma at least at Bac+2 level, ideally in the field of transport and logistics,

• Necessary skills for the position:

  • Organizational skills,

  • Diligence,

  • Ability to prioritize tasks,

  • Comfortable with computer tools,

  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to manage,

  • Ability to work in a team.

• Previous experience in a similar position would be a plus.

You must hold a driver's license and have a means of transportation as our agency is not served by public transport.
