• Mission:
  This person solves logistical challenges by assisting with product management, inventory control, and coordinating shipments while ensuring accurate reporting.

• Inbound and Outbound Logistics:
  Assist with the full scope of product handling, including receiving, inspecting, handling, stocking inbound products, and arranging for the dispatch of shipments by coordinating with delivery drivers.
• Returns Processing:
  Manage returned products by accurately counting and confirming quantities, determining their condition, and completing all necessary documentation.
• Cross-functional Communication:
  Facilitate effective communication with other departments within the company and promptly address customer and client inquiries, resolving problems and escalating service issues to a supervisor.
• Inventory Control:
  Organize daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and diligently follow up on any identified variances.
• Reporting and Safety:
  Update weekly reports and actively encourage safe work practices among colleagues.

• Background:
  Entry-Level. This role supports the core logistics operations of Uni Uni, requiring individuals who are ready to learn and uphold strong operational standards.
• Experience:
  
  One year of relevant experience in an operations or logistics support capacity is preferred; however, candidates with no prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided for all aspects of the position.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency with moderate computer tasks is necessary to assist with data collection and report generation. Candidates must demonstrate strong responsibility, a keen ability to follow supervision, and effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external drivers and clients.
