Job Overview
Four Hands is hiring a Lift Operator to support our Airport Logistics facility. The role is vital to maximizing warehouse space by safely relocating and consolidating products, keeping inventory organized, and ensuring efficient use of storage. This position is shift‑based from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other lift equipment in a narrow, wire‑guided warehouse to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory.
- Maximize cubic utilization by executing consolidation plans and repositioning products as directed.
- Use RF scanners to accurately place inventory in racking, pick items, and verify order accuracy.
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips.
- Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks; report any malfunctions or safety issues.
- Identify, document, and resolve inventory or quality discrepancies, following SOPs and using the ICAR process when required.
- Process inventory‑related paperwork including orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.

- 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift (required).
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
- Required to wear steel‑toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours.
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
