The Warehouse Operations Intern supports daily warehouse operations and works closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and service level goals are met. This developmental role prepares interns for future positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Support – Assist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operations; monitor workflow and balance labor across work areas; track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance; and raise operational issues to Team Leaders or Managers.
- Safety & Compliance – Promote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed; report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents; support audits and compliance checks.
- Process & Continuous Improvement – Identify process inefficiencies; suggest improvements; assist with basic data tracking (volume, productivity, error rates); participate in improvement projects and pilot initiatives; and communicate daily goals, priorities, and changes to associates.
- Onboarding & Training – Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates; act as point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailable.
- Team Leadership (Intern Level) – Support Team Leaders in coaching associates on standard work and safety practices.
- Native Chinese speakers preferred.
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026; currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong interest in supply chain and e‑commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
- Hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations.
- Practical experience in real business scenarios with rapid skill development in operations and data analysis.
- Guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.
