Job Description
We are looking for a Supervisor Logistics to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Etna, OH.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid twice per month - Annual Salary: $67,500.00 per year based on experience
- Schedule:
Monday-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Supervisor Logistics reports to the Manager and is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing daily logistics operations, coaching staff, and ensuring performance meets company standards and business objectives.
Essential Functions- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
- Plan and review logistics processes with the Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules, procedures, and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift/team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
- Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
- Cultivate team spirit with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases.
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and policies.
- Provide orientation to employees and Lead Hands with necessary information, technology, and materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
