Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse
Location: Fontana
This position supports the Warehouse Operations in training employees in operational functions, documentation development and reporting to deliver tangible results to the Bradshaw Home organization.
Responsibilities Equipment Training- Train/certify new employees in forklift equipment within the classroom and on equipment
- Re-certify employees, as necessary
- Train employees on the standard operating procedures in relevant areas (designated work areas, safety and others, as necessary)
- Provide on-the-job training for relevant systems in designated training areas (Order Picking, Receiving, Put Away, Shipping, etc)
- Delivering training to groups on revised processes and documentation created
- Develop/update process documentation related to Warehouse Operations
- Audit operational process performance to identify areas of opportunity
- Perform safety audits, as necessary
- Document all audit observations and provide reporting summary feedback to management
- Track goals and results for Warehouse Operations
- Preparing, analyzing, and distributing weekly/monthly productivity and quality tools and KPI reports to management
- Periodically working with other departments on reporting
- Promotes Safety First culture at Bradshaw International
- Displays managerial courage to manage attaining information and timely work completion from related parties
- Maximizes Warehouse Operations productivity and quality in designated areas
- Meets savings targets set for the year
- Runs multiple tasks, simultaneously
- Maintains appropriate equipment certification to engage in on the floor improvements or operational support
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and writing skills (English language)
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in warehouse operations and process management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
US $23.75 Hourly
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
