Accounting Tech II
The City of Calimesa invites applications for Accounting Tech II to perform paraprofessional accounting work in the preparation and maintenance of the City’s payroll, accounts payable, cash receipts and in support of other major accounting functions.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain payroll, accounts payable, and cash receipts.
- Support other major accounting functions.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of financial record keeping, payroll practices, related State and Federal laws, accounting office practices, business license processing, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
